C the temporary worker visa holder lives in Canada and the wife in other country enjoy the family low income worker compensation?
Normally, only the husband who earns income in Canada declares income tax. However, does he still qualify for getting the low income compensation as the income is only his while the calculation should be based on boths'? As for the Quebec residence, if you are not resident, then you are not qualified. But for the federal, it seems qualified as long as he fill a income tax return. Anyone can share a light on this?
