I just tried to efile for the first time this year and it comes up with the an red X next to the clients name. Am I missing something?

Hello Amdesiderio,

It is possible the file pathing for efiling is not correct in which case you would need to go to Efile→Options→Common and please ensure the File Path address under Efile Directory is correct.

Also please ensure to address any notifications in the auditor.
