Setting up Client Explorer

I have gone in and set up the Client Explorer in Profile, but all of my clients are not listed.  I watched and followed the step by step U-Tube of how to, and only 8 are showing.  How can I get all of clients to show up?

Could you let me know if your files are saved to a network or your local drive?

There are a few contributing factors that could be preventing your database from seeing all your returns:

Network:

You may need to configure the firewall on both the drive working as the shared folder and the machine trying to access it.

Network & local:

People come to ProFile for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:
