How do we fix this T1135 printing error? The message is "Profile is unable to correct your printer's settings in order to print the T1135".

Answer

Hello, please go to File > Print Setup and in that window ensure that you have T1 Forms selected under Category.

Uncheck the 'Always use Default Windows Printer' and click on Properties. In the printer's preference window, ensure that all settings are correct (orientation: portrait, paper size: letter, etc.).

On the Print Setup window, also ensure that you have 'Centre horizontally', 'Size to fit page', 'Use printer duplex settings' (if applicable), are checked. Also check: Confirm auto font scale changes on the bottom left.
