No support Fridays from 4-8 pm.
I called Friday at 4 pm for T1 Profile product support and was told to call back later. After checking with another department I found that the product support team is in a meeting every Friday from 4-5 pm. I would like to suggest that your message indicate this so I am not trying to call back every 15 minutes between 4-5 pm on a Friday. It would, in my view, sound much more professional if the customer were told in a clear message that the product support service was down from 4-5 pm and to try again at 5 pm. Thank you.
