The live messaging feature allows customers to speak via chat with a live ProFile support representative; it is available on our Community support page and within ProFile under the Help menu:

  1. Open ProFile.

  2. Select the "Live Chat" option from the "Help" drop-down menu in the top toolbar.

  3. Select one of the options that best describes your issue:

  • I am setting up a database or reporting...
  • I am encountering ECML, EOLE, or MSVCR errors...
  • I have a question regarding terminal servers...
  • I am getting an EFILE error...
  • I don't have any of the above issues and want to start a live messaging session now...

Note: some issues may be too complicated to effectively address via live messaging. In such instances you will be prompted to contact our support center by phone.
