The XML file is not generating for T3 return because of the short date format

If the short date format used by a preparer when generating the XML file for a T3 return does not follow the Windows default setting, the XML file fails to generate. Preparers should set the short date format to the Windows default (“m/d/yyyy”).

The header and/or footer of T2 forms are being “cut off” when physically printed

This issue does not occur on all physical printers. It generally occurs when printers do not support the “print to edge” or “borderless” option.

Print Issue: "Landscape" Forms are Printing in "Portrait" Orientation

Any government forms that should be printed in landscape orientation are printing on the page in portrait orientation. The resulting printed form appears compressed.
