Using the “Print 1” button causes ProFile to crash

The “Print 1” button in ProFile causes the program to crash and issue an error message. There are two workarounds available to print the form.

The XML file is not generating for T3 return because of the short date format

If the short date format used by a preparer when generating the XML file for a T3 return does not follow the Windows default setting, the XML file fails to generate. Preparers should set the short date format to the Windows default (“m/d/yyyy”).

Icons and check marks in Windows Explorer don't display as expected

ProFile icons and check marks do not display as expected.
