Resolved: ProFile users are unable to EFILE a T1013 or use the Auto-Fill my Return (AFR) feature on February 10

Update: The t1013 Efile issue is now resolved. Ensure to use the 2019 module to transmit T1013s. The 2018 module will no longer work.

Attempting to EFILE a T1013 from a 2019 return results in the following error message:

"T804: ...the software used to prepare this file was not certified."

This issue is under investigation. We recommend attempting the filing again at a later time or use Rep a client in the meantime.

Update: AFR feature is now operational. Please close ProFile and reopen and attempt to AFR. Thank you

Attempting to use the Auto-Fill my Return (AFR) feature results in the following error message:

"CRA's Auto-fill my Return (AFR) service is currently under maintenance."

This issue is under investigation. We recommend attempting to AFR again at a later time or use Rep a client to view the information in the meantime.
