[resolved] Users encounter a "Failed to initiate transaction" error when undertaking EFILE of T2

ProFile users are encountering a "Failed to initiate transaction" error when undertaking an EFILE of a T2 return.

This issue is under investigation. We recommend attempting the filing again at a later time.
