ProFile announcement: known issue

Some ProFile users may be experiencing the following error: “Invalid Pointer operation, access violation at address …” when closing ProFile.

 

We’re aware of this error, and investigating the cause. At this time we recommend you to end your ProFile session through the Task Manager on the Server. I apologize for this inconvenience.
